 ****What makes a calligraphy pen left handed?
A left hander usually experiences problems with even a normal fountain pen nib scratching and digging into the paper, which is even more exaggerated with a calligraphy pen, where the nibs tend to be wider. It is therefore important that the nibs are cut off in the correct direction so that a left hander can write with them , that the end of the nib is flat on the paper and that the letter thickness is not the wrong way around!

I am an intermediate level calligraphist, by no means professional and still learning different styles of print and decoration. I had only recently discovered that the set I had originally purchased when starting out was one that didn't work with standard ink cartridges, so I looked around a bit and found this one.  The ink flow is smooth, and the pens are easy to care for and use.  The instructional booklet had four types of print, and was written in several languages.  The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I immensely enjoyed experimenting with the different styles.
