One Time Set-up Fee: $40
Artwork: Black and White Camera Ready Artwork in jpeg. or pdf format preferred. Artwork must be able to be reduced in size and fit into a 1x2" oblong area. Art work is etched as shown in our sample Images.
Etching Specification: Pleaes note that the art is etched onto the Feather-not stamped. Therefore there is no color choice available. Etching appears Gold on White Feather Background and as "See-through Etching" on other Pen colors.
Pen Colors: Standard Colors available: Black, White, Gold, Burgundy, Royal Blue, Champagne. Other standard colors can be available for Minimum Orders of 500 pcs. - please inquire.
Pen Styles: Basic Ballpoint included in the cost-not refillable
Pen Upgrades: Deluxe Refillable Ballpoint tips and Nib Pens for dipping into ink are available at an additional cost of 60 cents per piece.
Production Time: 2-3 weeks for quantities up to750 pcs. Please inquire for specific production time quote on larger quantities.
Packaging: Bulk Pack-25 pcs per Bag. Please inquire if additional packaging is required. We can offer boxed sets with ink for nib pens or boxed sets with stands for ballpoint pens.

Please place your order on this page and then send us an email with your artwork, referencing your order number. We will review your artwork, and if it is suitable, we will send you a confirming email. Orders are not final until we have reconfirmed all details regarding your artwork and production times.. We will provide proof for your approval before production begins .At that point orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled. Please send artwork as a file attachment to :shop@nostalgicimpressions.com referencing your order #.
