- Good Artwork=Good Results. Please remember that all images and art work you provide will have to fit on a 1 1/2" or 1x2" die for a basic embosser.
Please note we are not able to provide a proof, as your image will be taken as is and reduced to size. Therefore, we suggest that if you want to see what it would look like when finished, you can reduce your image yourself to the approximate size for your own reference. We strongly urge you to read the information under "More Details" which gives detailed information on the usage and types of Embossers that we offer, so that you can be sure you will be happy with the outcome.
Specifications: Embosser Style
- PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALONG WITH YOUR ARTWORK, YOU WILL NEED TO SPECIFY THE ORIENTATION AND PAPER TYPE (see "more details" tab) .
Please read the following specifications to familiarize yourself with the correct way of ordering and using Embossers. We want you to be happy with the results, so please order carefully , as all personalized items are not returnable.Specification: Each Embosser is 4 3/4"Lx2"Wx 41/2"H.
Orientation: All Embossers are generally a "bottom feed" for most uses, unless you plan to emboss the top of your Stationery, which is known as a "top feed". So envelopes, napkins and everything else is a bottom feed except for the top of Stationery. If, for example, you want to emboss envelopes, napkins etc. for your wedding, but also want to emboss the top of your stationery, you would need to order an extra top feed plate for the Stationery.
Paper Type: We ask that you specify your Paper Type: either "Light" for Stationery, Envelopes Unlined or Paper to 20 lbs, or "Heavy" for Lined Envelopes, Napkins, Light Card Stock to 26 lbs. . Please note the highest recommended thickness is up to 26 lb. which means up to very lightweight card stock only - like a business card for example or a manila folder). THIS PRODUCT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR MEDIUM OR HEAVY WEIGHT CARD STOCK.
Reach: The embosser has a maximum reach of 1 1/2" onto the paper. That means your impression will always be 1 1/2" maximum from the edge of whatever you
Imprint Size: All Rectangular Design Imprints are 1x2" size - all Round Design Imprints are 1.5" Round.
Shipping time: Generally, it takes approximately 2 weeks to produce a Custom Embosser. We do try to ship as soon as possible, and if you require the embosser sooner, please mention this on your form. There is a separate item on your Main Page for purchasing a Rush Fee to expedite your order. The time for processing Rush orders depends on the time of year and will be quoted on a case by case basis, but is a minimum of 5-6 business days.
How to order after a price quote: Your Custom Design price quote will have a Ticket Number with your quotation.When you are ready to order, please return to this page. It is important that you enter your Ticket Number in the space provided above, click "add to cart", and then enter the price that was quoted to you. We will then associate your Ticket Number with your art work and begin production. You may of course continue on to order additional items to be shipped with your order
