I ordered this for my mom for Mother's Day, she's already used it and loves it. She's left-handed so it took a few tries with the quill, but I think she has it down. She likes sending cards and notes to people so this was a good gift set for her.

My daughter was ecstatic when she opened her gift!! She received a leather bound journal as well and can't wait to use her quill and was seal set with it.

I purchased several of these sets as thank you gifts. It is a BEAUTIFUL set in person. I can't speak to the usability, but everything seemed very high quality when I inspected it. It makes a very attractive, thoughtful gift for a writer. Cost seems very reasonable; there are many pieces to this set.

I lived in Italy for 3 years and have come to know good quality ink and paper products and the products you offer take me back to the canals of Venezia. The cost is very reasonable and I will be a returning customer.
