I wanted to send a short thank you note for a recent order of wax stampsI have just received. After making many wax stamps myself, I found it trying to get consistant results to use on the covers of my wedding
invitations. Your company produced the peel and stick stamps for me with
highlighting, and the results are amazing! The metallic purple has a real
luster and sheen, and the depth and quality of the impression are far better
than my results. As promised, each one is unique and gives the hand
produced look I was aiming for. Shipping was fast, (and free) and the
packaging is great. I was also impressed by how sturdy these little things
are, they will truly stand the test of time!

I received my order today and wanted to send along my sincere thanks.
I have ordered from another company before and was so disappointed by their lack of customer service and communication, the ridiculous price I paid, and in the end, the product, which was so sloppy and unattractive.
With that order, I was debating to use their company or Nostalgic Impressions,
and in the end I went with the other company- bad choice. With this order
I was so impressed with everything- I called three times with different questions,
and each time I got someone who was courteous and very helpful.
When I received the seals today, I was ecstatic- I love them,
and I know my client (whose wedding invitations I ordered them for)
will be very happy. I produce high-end letterpress stationery and
every time a client wants a wax seal, I will be coming straight to Nostalgic Impressions. I am even going to order some for myself! |
