The engraving of the rose into the stamp is pretty deep so that when you stamp the rose into the wax it gives the rose a 3d effect that pops up in the paper.

This creates a lovely rose and it can be used year round for everyday use as well as special events, i.e., valentines day. Pretty in reds, pinks, gold and yellow.
