Overall, great experience in finding what I want, ordering, and quality of product. I also happened to order the wrong color for the set, and customer service fixed it for me within a few minutes without any issues. Shipping was fast as well. Very happy with product & service!

The set was excellent. The bent nub on the quill was a disapoinmtment but customer service was quick to remediate the problem! Purchased as gift for my son. He loves the product!!!
