About this Product
Hand crafted in Italy by Florentine craftsmen.  Handle is  2" Tall with a  3/4" round impression. Seal is packaged in a satin string bag with tie. Optional upgrade to Gift Box with two sticks of sealing wax.

Wax impression looks cheap January 7, 2013

The handle is beautiful and I love the box and the fact that the set includes wax.  But this stamp just doesn't make a good-looking impression.  The wax seal ends up looking like a cheap plastic disk.  I think that the perfect circle around the eagle contributes to the inauthentic look.  After my disappointment in this seal, I found a much better one under Brass Wax Seal Stamps (choose the "Patriotic" category.)  It is oval. I use it with gold wax and it looks outstanding!  It appears so absolutely historic.
