Standard Basic Ground: This method can be used for all standard ground shipping needs within the domestic US. We use a variety of shipping methods for this service, including UPS or USPS. For UPS shipments, please see chart below to find out the transit time for ground shipments from our Florida warehouse to your location.
Priority Ground: Use this method if you want us to ship your order within 1 business day, but still use Ground Service.
Free Shipping on Orders over $100: This option will be presented to you at check-out if your order totals $99 or more of merchandise. Please note that this savings applies to ground shipments only within the 48 contiguous states.
Priority Mail-Domestic: This method is used only for destinations in AK, HI, PR , APO, FPO and P.O.Boxes, and other rural packages , as indicated by your shipping method.
3Day, 2Day and Next Day Air: These options are available for all continental US destinations, and are counted as Business Days excluding weekends and holidays.However, Saturday Delivery is also available at an additional cost.

Order Processing Times: Our normal processing time for all orders (except Custom Monograms) is 1-3 business days after the date of your order (excluding holidays & weekends). If an order is time sensitive, please note this in the "Comments" section when placing your order, and we will do our best to accomodate you. We also will do our best to ship all Air and Priority orders within 1 business day, whereever possible.The in-stock availability of items is listed on our website for each product. If an item is listed as "Back-order", we will ship the item separately as a Back-order when it is again available. Please call us with any questions you may have regarding out of stock items and substitution suggestions.
