Then, simply log in to your account,and the status of your order will be displayed, along with comments we may make about your order, if applicable.You can also make changes to your order up until the time we have retrieved it for processing. At that time, your order status will show as "locked". Any order changes after that time may not be possible, and may be subject to a re-packing fee. If there are any back-order notifications, they are in your order notes within your account. Most of your other Order Processing Questions should also be answered in our Help section.
