***Transit Times Quoted: Please note that all transit times are estimates, and are not guaranteed arrival times by either us or the Post Office.While most packages are delivered within this time frame, there are occasional delays and exceptions, sometimes related to Customs clearance over which we have no control. Customs clearance procedures vary from country to country.
**A special note to our Canada Customers:
Please note that all of our packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service which then turns over the package to Canada Post. This is the only reasonably priced shipping option available for small value packages as the Postal Service does NOT assess a Customs Brokerage Fee (as UPS does for example, which is a minimum of $35 plus your freight costs). Please note however that the above mentioned transit times are your average transit times and that they are not guaranteed.
Most packages do arrive within this time frame, but if your order is time sensitive we strongly encourage you to use the International Express option or contact us for a special rate quote for Global Express Guaranteed Service Delivery within 2-3 Business Days ( for which the cost is upwards of $65).
Our standard United States Postal Service flat-fee shipping options apply to most countries.

Countries Served: Please note that we ship to most countries with some exceptions due to service limitations by the Postal Service. In some cases, Priority Mail service may be available, but not Express Service.We reserve the right to reject any order that is not deemed servicable within the postal guidelines or that are rejected by our credit card processing company and we will contact any client whose order cannot be shipped within the requested service level.

Weight Limitation: The rates quoted above apply to all packages up to 2lbs. Should the order exceed this weight, you will be contacted with the actual freight charge for either these services or UPS International Worldwide Service before processing your order.

Customs Clearance: Please note that you will be responsible for all Customs Duties and charges that may be assessed. These vary depending on the value of the order, the shipping method and your country's Customs rules and regulations. Please contact the agency in your country for the details.

Currency Conversion: Credit Card charges for such orders will be converted at the prevailing rate used by the credit card company. If you require information on these rates, please contact your credit card company.

Return Policy on International Orders: Please note that International Orders are considered firm and not cancelable or returnable. If you have a claim due to damage or deficiency, we will do our best to resolve this issue. In most cases, if the claim is accepted by us due to our fault, we will issue credit only for the merchandise, but we will not replace the merchandise. If the damage occurs en route, we will file a claim with the carrier, and we will advise you as to how they will resolve this. Such claims can take 60-90 days to resolve. In no cases can merchandise be returned for credit.
