How it works:
Please place your order on this page and then send us an email with your artwork, referencing your order number. We will review your artwork, and if it is suitable, we will send you a confirming email. Your artwork should be in Black & White, no grey shadings please, in Jpeg format. Please send as a file attachment, not a picture attachment.
Production time: Depends on quantity and time of year. Please conact us for a specific quote. Our Pens are shipped in bulk, either direct from the engraver on our behalf or from our own warehouse. If additional packaging is requested, please inquire. Please note that we provide proof upon request only and that the Pens are considered a Custom Product.Orders therefore cannot be canceled once production begins.
