5 of 5 Perfect for those who still snail mail March 11, 2019

I was in a huge hurry to melt my wax and use this stamp. However, in my hurry, I didn’t press down hard enough and so the seal wasn’t detailed. I tried again, this time it worked. I did find out though, for my use, that the details come out better with a Kings Wax rather than a hot glue gun wax. I don’t know why, but it just does.

I have my wish list of sorts and cannot wait to purchase more as well as have some of mine made into a stamp!

I use these wax stamps as part of a period letter-writing project.  Nostaligic Impressions has a number of designs that are close enough to historic ones to work beautifully.  They make a clear impression every time, and if you follow the directions they release easily.
