Our Wax Seals are hand-pressed into wax entirely by hand and are finished with a self-adhesive backing for easy application. Yes, they are hand-stamped by real people in our studio and are not to be confused with other “faux” or “plastic” seals on the market. A quick and easy way to seal or decorate any project.

Shape: Organic Natural Wax Seal Shape: Our Self Adhesive Wax Seals are hand created in an Organic Natural Wax Seal Shape , and by their nature, they have slightly varied shapes and will look more authentic, as they are in the shape of a natural wax seal. This is our recommended style, but should you desire a more consistently Round look for some reason, please email us or comment on your order to request a more Circular Round Shape.Variations of 2-3mm+/- in the finished size are possible for this hand made product.

Material: We only use our own proprietary Modern Sealing Waxes and hand press each piece individually with a deeply engraved Solid Brass Die specifically created for wax sealing.

Adhesive Type: High Tack Industrial Grade Bond: These adhesives are intended for all mailings on outside of envelope, as well as Glass, Plastic or Product Decorations.They are not removable and not intended to be used without tearing the paper or product. If you require low-tack adhesives please contact us.

How To Mail: We recommend selecting only our Hi Tack Industrial Grade backing for mailing purposes. Using modern flexible and mailable sealing wax stickers applied directly to the envelope with our hi-tack backings is a great way to ensure that your wax seal will stay intact through the mailing process. Damaged seals or lost seals are indeed a rarity, but for best results, we recommend hand-canceling your letters or using an outer envelope to prevent damage due to modern sorting machines. Each pre-made wax seal weighs approximately 0.02oz and is unlikely to cause any additional charges due to weight, unless you happen to already be very close to the next ounce increment with your invitation.

Our Guarantee: We Promise you will LOVE our Wax Seals and we work hard to make sure they are right! If a mistake should happen or there is a defect, we will make it right and fix the problem immediately.

Cancellations & Returns: All Self Adhesive Wax Seals (including stock fonts) are considered custom as each wax seal is custom hand made to order in your specific color. Therefore, they cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. Due to the wide variety of letters and colors available in so many fonts, we do not carry stock of any self adhesive wax seals and each order is custom made to order. All orders are considered firm and are non-cancellable once production of the wax seals has begun .
