Each Wax seal is hand created and made to order and by their nature can and do have slight variations in color, size, shape and appearance. Natural swirl effects are also common in some metallic colors. These variations enhance the uniqueness of the product and are not considered defects.

Colors available:
Each Wax Seal is available in the color options currently displayed in the drop down menu. We have done our best to depict the actual color as closely as possible, given the limitations of photography and the fact that computer monitors vary in the way they display colors. Therefore, if exact color matching is important to you, we suggest obtaining a sample (see main pages) prior to ordering.

Production Time:
Our general Production Time for Initial stock font orders is as stated on our Product Page and applies to quantities of 500 pieces or less.

RUSH FEE: A Rush Fee option is available on our website page for Production of your order within 1-2 Business Days. This Rush Fee option applies to orders up to 500 pcs only.

Please contact us for a specific quote on Production time for quantities in excess of 500 pcs.

Pre-Production Samples: We strongly encourage all of our customers to obtain samples of our wax seals to make sure they meet their expectations in terms of color, size or appearance. We offer generic size and shape samples in five colors of your choice- at a nominal cost- click here to order.

Optional Highlighting:
Some images of Self Adhesive Wax seals show Highlighting in Gold or Silver Metallic on our website. This optional service is available on some designs only, as not all designs lend themselves to highlighting by hand. The cost is $0.25 cents each piece.
Cancellations & Returns: All Self Adhesive Wax Seals (including stock fonts) are NOT subject to our regular Return Policy, as each wax seal is custom hand made to order in your specific color and they cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. Due to the wide variety of letters and colors available in so many fonts, we do not carry stock of any self adhesive wax seals and each order is custom made to order.

All orders for our Peel & Stick Wax Seals are therefore considered Custom Orders, and are non-cancellable once production of the wax seals has begun. If there should be any error or discrepancy on our part your order after production, we will certainly do our very best to correct any issues.
