This is the second time I've purchased here.  The wax is great (in my limited experience) and the seals are lovely. Shipping was pretty fast. But in my last order (gift set with 1 initial and 2 image seals) one of the images I ordered was wrong (got a bee instead of a rose).  It's still pretty, so I didn't reach out to get it exchanged.  I'll still be back, but it would be really annoying if I had my heart set on that one.

Got this for my grown daughter who still loves to write letters. She's got impeccable handwriting so I thought she would love to add something to customize the envelope! She was over the moon happy with it! I'm going to get her an ink well set next to complete her love of writing. HIGHLY recommend this company and their customer service is also Superior.
