Our Responsibility on late or non deliveries: We use USPS and UPS as our main carriers and packages usually arrive on time in the vast majority of cases. We are however not responsible for the late or non-delivery of a package, as we have no control over any delivery service used. If your package is delivered late by UPS Air Services, we will assist on obtaining a refund as a customer courtesy, if applicable.If a replacement needs to be sent, you will be responsible for the cost of such replacement and the transit charges. There is no guarantee on any USPS services and therefore no refunds are possible.
