We are however not responsible for the late or non-delivery of a package, as we have no control over any delivery service used. If your package is delivered late by UPS Air Services, we will assist on obtaining a refund as a customer courtesy, if applicable..If a replacement needs to be sent, you will be responsible for the cost of such replacement and the transit charges.
