5 of 5 Touching Hands Paperweight - Great Product October 10, 2020
Reviewer: Elena Fahmy from Camberwell, VIC Australia
Although the product itself is fantastic, receiving it was quite an unpleasant experience. The first delay was from the supplier (not being Nostalgic Impressions) who took at least 10 or so days to release the product. Next was the delays from UPS. Despite our having paid for express postage, we experienced several delays in transit, and once the product reached Melbourne, another delay was seen because UPS do not deliver to PO Box’s. Instead they had to transfer it to another agent who then, finally, delivered it. This was very frustrating with my husband having chased UPS on at least 4 occasions. Unfortunately the UPS tracking site is also very user unfriendly with little visibility or support. I would not recommend UPS.
