Nice Products but my order wasn't quite right.

This is the second time I've purchased here. The wax is great (in my limited experience) and the seals are lovely. Shipping was pretty fast. But in my last order (gift set with 1 initial and 2 image seals) one of the images I ordered was wrong (got a bee instead of a rose). It's still pretty, so I didn't reach out to get it exchanged. I'll still be back, but it would be really annoying if I had my heart set on that one.
