Common Uses: Adhesive wax seals are popular for decoration use in product packaging, mailings and gift packaging- the list is endless. It is highly recommended that you obtain a sample for your specific application to make sure it works according to your expectations. For Glassware or Candles, please be aware that if you are using the product on curved or warm surfaces, there is a limited time of adhesive expectancy as there is no direct bonding with paper;. In all cases we recommend testing the product first with your application

Shelf Life: Adhesive Wax Seals can lose some of their flexibility , color and adhesion over time. We recommend a shelf life of no more than 12 months.

Pre-Production Samples & Size Specs:

Production Time: Due to the large size of these seals there is additional production time necessary on this size. Please place your order and we will reconfirm production times once we receive your order.


Production Time starts after approval of your proof.

RUSH Fee: A Rush Fee option is available for production of your order within 1-2 Business Days on orders for less than 500 pcs.
O Larger quantities, please obtain an estimate first if you are in a Rush for your order. As a General Guideline we aim to have Rush Production shorten our general Production time by half. However, we cannot guarantee to be able to fulfill Rush Production orders at all times, especially on larger orders.

How To Mail: We recommend selecting only our Hi Tack Industrial Grade backing for mailing purposes.

Our Guarantee: We Promise you will LOVE our Wax Seals and we work hard to make sure they are right! If a mistake should happen or there is a defect, we will make it right and fix the problem immediately.
Cancellations & Returns: All Self Adhesive Wax Seals (including stock fonts) are considered custom as each wax seal is custom hand made to order in your specific color. Therefore, they cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason. Due to the wide variety of letters and colors available in so many fonts, we do not carry stock of any self adhesive wax seals and each order is custom made to order. All orders are considered firm and are non-cancellable once production of the wax seals has begun .

Art Redesign or Art Design:

If you artwork needs revision after submission of your order, we will advise you and give you the option to make those revisions yourself, or have us make them for you for a fee, if that is deemed possible.
