The product I purchased was a birthday gift.  As the birthday drew near with no delivery confirmation, I called CS and the representative told me there was a delay and that it would be sent out that day with free 3 day shipping.  I was happy with CS but I was upset that I received no notification about this “delay” and that I had to find another present to arrive on time.  When it did arrive, the recipient was quite happy with the beautiful gift.
