If you don't see what you want in our collection, or if have artwork that requires redesign or alteration, or if you do not have artwork but wish a design created for you, we can offer our design services for a fee, billable in 5 minute increments at $5.

How it works:

Step 1:

Please fill in our Request located here.THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR ARTWORK DESIGN REQUESTS. Please note:
1.) All Requests must be submitted on this form- we cannot accept requests verbally over the phone.
2.) Please be as detailed as possible in your description of the changes you need or the artwork you envision to help us create the art properly. Please submit photographs or any art you have on which you base your request.
3.) Please note that our Design Services are limited to creating a design that is ordered in conjunction (at the same time) as your Wax Seal Stamp. You will receive one free proof with one free revision. Additional changes not specified earlier will be for an additional cost.
4.) If you do not want to proceed with the stamp, you will still be liable for the graphics fee.
5.)As our artwork services are limited to preparing artwork for wax seal stamp engraving, we reserve the right to reject any requests not deemed suitable for this purpose or too complex for this purpose.
6.) If you want an artwork created for you, you must be very specific and provide detailed instructions. Many elements in artwork design are very subjective and we cannot create artwork without having a very specific idea of what you have in mind.
2.) Our Form will provide instructions on how to send us your artwork.

Step 2:

We will review your request and will send you a NO Obligation price quotation for the work necessary along with a Quote ID #, if we deem the artwork suitable.

Step 3:

If you decide to purchase the Design Art Fee and Wax Seal Stamp, you will return here to purchase the Art Fee in 10 minute increments. For Example, if the design fee quoted to you was 30 minutes, you will purchase 3 10-minute increments. We will then create your artwork and send you a proof for your approval BEFORE the engraving takes place.

Please note that you must purchase the Wax Seal Stamp at the same time as we cannot design or redesign artwork without a matching Stamp Order.
